Most large companies either hire full time employees or software giants to customize their systems. In both cases, they commit to spending excessive amounts perpetually, and they become uncomfortably dependent on them.
How do we do it?
Unnecessary complexity is the enemy. Building a business is difficult enough without it, so we aim to simplify every aspect right down to the essentials. We obsessively designed all our tools this way, so they are quick to adapt and easy to learn, and you can immediately take ownership of it all.

I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur from a very young age. I was your typical ADHD type kid, always coming up with ideas and wanting to go on adventures. But like most entrepreneurs, I was also tragically disorganized. After I finally got sick of paying the price for this problem, I decided to do something about it.
Luckily, I was also a very systematic problem solver. I was also that OCD type kid who could do math and physics without having to learn it first. So I set out with the goal of building an organization system so effective that even I couldn’t ruin it. After many iterations and additions, it eventually led me to start Flow.
